Cuidados previos al tratamiento
Protección solar constante:
Es fundamental evitar la exposición solar y aplicar protector de amplio espectro (FPS 50+), ya que la radiación UV puede empeorar la hiperpigmentación.
Evitar irritaciones:
Evitar el uso de productos que puedan irritar la piel como exfoliantes fuertes, cremas con retinoides o ácidos durante o antes de iniciar el tratamiento.
PROTOCOLO APOYO DOMICILIARIO AL PACIENTE
1. Aplicar sobre la zona a tratar (manos) (Fórmula magistral KLOASMA FUERTE) por la noche para evitar la exposición al sol.
2. Hidratación y Reparación: Después de la aplicación, es importante al siguiente día mantener la piel hidratada con emulsión nutritiva con bioactivos que contengan ingredientes como la urea y el ácido hialurónico.
3. Protección solar estricta: Usar protector solar todo el día, todos los días, para evitar que las manchas reaparezcan o se intensifiquen.
